The six different Types of Fat
in body include essential fat, brown fat, white fat, beige fat, subcutaneous
fat, and visceral fat. While there may be different ways to approach the
categorization of types of body fat.
Essential Fat
The most first type of
fat is, essential fat and is required for maintenance of health. It helps in
regulating body temperature, vitamin absorption, and the production of
fertility hormones. Essential fat is a type of fat which isn’t highly visible.

Essential fat is also
known as “good” fat, because this fat is not targeted during weight loss.

Brown Fat
The second type of body
fat is Brown fat which is responsible for burning energy and is primarily
responsible for maintaining the body temperature. Because brown fat is not for
storage of energy in the form of fat so brown fat is easy to burn.

White Fat
The type of fat which is
responsible for largest energy storage system in human body. White fat is important
for insulin management to maintain blood sugar balance in human body .it also
helps to maintain hunger.
White fat plays an
important role in producing and maintaining growth hormones and cortisol in
human body. White fat is beneficial for health when it is in moderate amount
but it’s harmful for body if it grows too much.
