Essential fatty acids
are those types of fats that are required for maintenance of health in human
body. It helps in regulating body temperature, vitamin absorption, and the
production of fertility hormones in human body.

mostly found in large amount in fish oil and other dietary supplements so we

beneficial for our health.
Omega 6 fatty acid is found
in vegetables and vegetable oils and also in seeds. Omega 6 fatty acids are
also consumed from diet to maintain fats in body that help to protect our body.
What is the Function of essential fats in human body?
Essential fat is also
known as “good” fat, because this fat is not targeted during weight loss. A
person motivated to lose weight does not targets essential fats because these
fats does not contributes in weight gain.
It’s possible that a person
with lean muscular body has the same quantity of essential fats as the person
which is overweight and want to lose weight to live a healthy life.
Essential fats are the
most important type of fats in human body. These fats perform a huge role in
the maintenance of temperature in human body.
If the temperature of
body is decreasing essential fats help the body to warm muscles and organs in
human body but on the other hand if temperature is increasing essential fats
absorb the heat from the body to keep the body stable at a specific time
interval.
